About
Diana is a mediator and attorney (voluntary inactive) specializing in high-emotion family, personal injury, torts, and cases involving minors. As a member of Dispute Prevention & Resolution, Inc. (DPR Hawaii) and owner of Diana Y. Kim ADR, she provides neutral, trauma-informed mediation services. Diana volunteers with the Mediation Center of the Pacific and was the 2016 James K. Hoenig Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Law Judicial Scholar. Diana holds a J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law, an M.P.H., and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. She serves as an adjunct faculty member at Leeward Community College and UH Manoa, teaching courses in human development, early childhood development, family resource management, and cross-cultural perspectives on marriage and family.
